Refund Policy

Honest Debt Pro subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store, and all payments and refunds are processed by Apple — EXAFABS never receives or stores your payment details and cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund past ones. To cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Honest Debt Pro → Cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us at alpit@exafabs.ai — we'll help you resolve it with Apple, and where the issue is on our side (such as an entitlement not unlocking after purchase), we'll fix it promptly.
