FastAI Health Coach ("we", "our", or "the App") is developed and operated by EXAFABS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the FastAI Health Coach mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name through our authentication provider (Clerk).

Health & Nutrition Data: You may voluntarily enter fasting schedules, meal logs, dietary preferences, and health goals. This data is stored securely in our database (Convex) and is associated with your account.

Camera & Photo Library: The App requests camera and photo library access solely to allow you to photograph meals for logging purposes. Images are processed for meal analysis and are not shared with third parties.

Subscription Information: If you subscribe to FastAI Health Coach Pro, payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not have access to your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide personalized fasting schedules, meal recommendations, and AI-powered health coaching
• To track your progress and display analytics within the App
• To process and manage your subscription
• To improve the App's functionality and user experience

3. AI Processing

The App uses AI models to analyze your meal data and provide coaching recommendations. Your health data may be sent to our AI processing partners (Anthropic) in anonymized form to generate personalized responses. No personally identifiable information is included in AI processing requests.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers ("sub-processors") who are essential to the App's operation. Each acts solely on our documented instructions and has its own privacy policy.

• Clerk (clerk.com) — Authentication, session management, account profiles
• Convex (convex.dev) — Database, real-time data sync, serverless backend functions
• Anthropic (anthropic.com) — Claude AI models powering the AI Coach, daily insights, and meal photo analysis. Your account data may be sent to Anthropic to generate personalized responses.
• Voyage AI (voyageai.com) — Embedding model used to make your Coach memories searchable across sessions. Memory text is embedded and never shared across users or used for model training.
• RevenueCat (revenuecat.com) — Subscription orchestration, entitlement management
• Sentry (sentry.io) — Error monitoring and performance diagnostics (when enabled)
• PostHog (posthog.com, EU region) — Product analytics: anonymous and pseudonymous event tracking (sign-up, paywall, feature usage). We do not send personally identifying content (Coach message text, weight values, meal photos) to PostHog.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — App distribution and in-app subscription processing. Apple and Google handle all payment information; we never see your credit card or bank details.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (in-app from Profile → Delete account, or by emailing alpit@exafabs.ai), your personal data is removed immediately for in-app deletion, or within one business day for email requests. Backups containing your data are purged within 30 days of deletion. Some anonymized aggregate statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for service operation.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
