FastAI - Fasting Weight Loss Pro by EXAFABS

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your FastAI - Fasting Weight Loss Pro account and all associated data using either of the methods below.

Method 1 (Recommended): Delete From Within the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the FastAI - Fasting Weight Loss Pro app:

Open the FastAI - Fasting Weight Loss Pro app on your phone
Tap Profile (bottom-right tab)
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
Confirm the deletion in the dialog

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately upon confirmation. This is the method required by Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and works identically on iOS and Android.

Method 2: Email Request

If you've already uninstalled the app, send us an email and we'll process the deletion within one business day:

Or email us directly at: alpit@exafabs.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

What Gets Deleted

When your deletion is processed (immediately for in-app deletion, within one business day for email requests), the following data is permanently removed:

Your account profile and email address
All meal logs and food entries
Fasting schedules and history
Health goals and preferences
AI coaching conversation history
Any uploaded meal photos
Subscription and purchase records on our side (the App Store / Play Store manages billing separately — see below)

Important — Cancel Your Subscription First: Deleting your FastAI account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel before deleting your account using:

iOS: Settings app → Apple ID (your name at top) → Subscriptions → FastAI - Fasting Weight Loss Pro → Cancel Subscription
Android: Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FastAI - Fasting Weight Loss Pro → Cancel

Data Retention

Account data is removed immediately upon in-app deletion or within one business day for email requests. Some anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., daily active user counts that cannot be linked back to you) may be retained for service operation. Backups containing your data are purged within 30 days of deletion.
